Job Description

We are currently looking for an energetic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Filipino Speaking Junior Client Liaison Officer. Attard Baldacchino is a reputable Malta-based relocation brand dedicated to providing exceptional services to its clients.

Your role will be vital in supporting the team in maintaining and expanding our strong relations with our international clients, particularly those from the Philippines. Furthermore, you’ll use your exceptional administrative skills to help manage, develop, and market our brand, to increase our brand’s presence within the Philippines.

Main Responsibilities:

To act as the client liaison on behalf of the Attard Baldacchino team;
To assist clients with relocation programme applications and related services;
To compile, review and verify necessary forms and documents;
To ensure complete and accurate maintenance of records;
Translating and interpreting to and from Filipino and English;
To handle clients, visit agendas and accompany clients to meetings in Malta;
To undertake market research and assist business development, which may include travel to the Philippines; and
To engage in other duties, commensurate with the role as required.

Main Responsibilities:

Native fluency in English and Filipino; oral and written.
At least two years of experience in a client-focused environment
Proven administration, organisational and client management skills
A solid understanding of marketing strategies and how they can be used to expand market share
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and relationship-building skills
Strong networking skills
High level of professionalism and integrity
